About Us

The Tracy Women’s Forum (TWF) was conceived by Evelyn Tolbert and conducted for the first time in March 1999. The event is purposely held during the month of March, National Women’s History Month, as a tribute to the women of Tracy. In its first four years, the TWF was conducted under the umbrella of the Tracy Chamber of Commerce. Effective in June 2002, the TWF Association became an independent nonprofit corporation.
