About Us

The Tracy Women’s Forum (TWF) was conceived by Evelyn Tolbert and conducted for the first time in March 1999. The event is purposely held during the month of March, National Women’s History Month, as a tribute to the women of Tracy. In its first four years, the TWF was conducted under the umbrella of the Tracy Chamber of Commerce. Effective in June 2002, the TWF Association became an independent nonprofit corporation.This educational and inspirational Forum has been well received by the women of Tracy and the surrounding communities. 

Each year we feature dynamic professional women speakers, entertainment, trade booths, catered meals, and recognition of our generous sponsors throughout the day. Special awards are given to a number of remarkable Tracy women, and a video is shown in their honor which also highlights our sponsors’ names and logos.
