About Us
The Tracy Women’s Forum (TWF) was conceived by Evelyn Tolbert and it's first meeting was held in March 1999. In
its first four years, the TWF was conducted under the umbrella of the Tracy Chamber of Commerce. Effective in June
2002, the TWF Association became an independent nonprofit corporation.

For the next 10 years, the TWF conducted an annual Women's Conference in March, which is National Women's
History Month. This educational and inspirational event was well received by the women of Tracy and the
surrounding communities. The goal was to dedicate a special day to enrich and enhance the lives of women.

In July of 2008, we applied for and received our 501c3 status. This has enabled us to expand our organization's
mission to include new programs that will benefit not only our conference attendees, but women throughout our
community.
