The Pearls Program is geared toward young women attending high school who
are in their Junior or Senior year. The goal of this two year Youth Leadership
program is to offer eight young women the opportunity to work with TWFA to
develop the skills required to succeed in life and serve their community.

Once accepted for the PEARLS Program, the student s will work together to
complete a variety of tasks, including presentation of workshops for high
school students on skills that are relevant to furthering their personal and
professional goals. The students will meet with women in the community who
are leaders in their fields, and will participate with TWFA in planning and
conducting our Annual Women’s Conference in March.
