We have sponsorships available from $250 (Pearl) to $5,000 (Diamond). If you or your business would like to be a sponsor of the 2008 Tracy Women’s Forum, please contact Christine Carrier 209-832-4992 or e-mail christinrose@hotmail.com. You can also download the 2008 Sponsor Invitation Letter (PDF) and the 2008 Sponsor Sign-up Form (PDF), which lists the sponsor levels in detail.
The TWF tote bag for attendees is another advertising opportunity. Sponsors at the Emerald level ($2,500) and above will have their logo on the outside of the bag. For the logo on the bag, you must commit to sponsorship by February 1 (contact Christine Carrier 209-832-4992 or e-mail christinrose@hotmail.com). Providing a bag stuffer is also an advertising opportunity. The cost of bag stuffers (nonpaper items only) is free this year in honor of our 10th Anniversary (please provide 230 items). Bag stuffers are needed by March 10. Please contact Pam MacGregor 209-832-2917 or twf2008@aol.com for location drop off.

More About Sponsorship Opportunities
The Tracy Women’s Forum Association is a nonprofit association that conducts a conference each year during March, which is National Women’s History Month. This educational and inspirational Forum has been well received by the women of Tracy and the surrounding communities. Our goal is to dedicate a special day to educate, enrich and enhance women.
Each year we feature dynamic professional women speakers who inspire and impact the lives of the several hundred who attend. In addition, the day includes networking opportunities, entertainment, trade booths, catered meals, and sponsor recognition. Each year we give special awards to a number of active women who have contributed tirelessly throughout our community. A tasteful video presentation is displayed throughout the day which includes our sponsors names and logos.
We need your financial support to continue this fine program. This is an excellent way to demonstrate your business presence as a neighbor in our community, and our shared appreciation for the women of Tracy.
